FAQs
Does every student receive a device?
Yes, every student in grades K-12 receive their own school-owned device. Currently the District supplies an iPad to students in grades K-8 and a 11-inch MacBook Air to students in grades 9-12.
What software applications will my child have access to utilze to complete their school work?
The District utilizes many different software packages in grades K-12. Below is a list of the most commonly used applications.
Adobe Creative Cloud, Clever, Google Applications (ie. Docs, Drive, Classroom), Microsoft Office, Notability, PowerSchool, Schoology, ThinkCentral, and many more...
Does the District filter my child's access to the Internet?
Yes, all Internet traffic is filtered to meet all requirements the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA).
To meet these requirements the District utilizies two different filters to ensure all Internet traffic is filtered while students are on and off campus.
